Lead UI/UX refinements and design end-to-end user journeys for self-serve funnels and new product features. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to translate wireframes into final deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Drive UI/UX Refinements: Take the lead on making UI/UX improvements to existing SimpleTexting flows
- Design for Self-Serve Funnels: Design simple and effective UI and user flows for new self-serve discounts feature
- Own the end-to-end journey design for self-serve cancellations, balancing business needs with a positive, customer-centric experience
- Lead Discovery and Research: Conduct light user research and testing to inform the UX for new upsell opportunities
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work as a key partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research and UI execution
- Track record of designing and shipping successful features for web applications
- Demonstrated experience in creating end-to-end user journeys
- Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools, including Figma, Jira, and Confluence
- Interest in and/or experience with leveraging AI to enhance the design process
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
