Own the power system engineering and stability of next-generation high-power compute platforms within large-scale data centers. Lead critical safety design, electrical modeling, and advanced troubleshooting for HVDC distribution systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive extensive system investigations into power and electrical stability
- Lead the production of critical safety and design deliverables
- Utilize electrical modeling and simulation tools to analyze rack and row level power distribution components
- Perform complex system-level modeling and troubleshooting efforts
- Participate in studies regarding the impact of next-generation AI workload power characteristics on power quality and grid stability
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in electrical or power system engineering
- Experience in hyperscale data centers, high-power hardware development, or similar critical infrastructure environments
- Expertise in advanced modeling techniques for complex data center hardware designs
- Relevant experience and expertise in electrical power simulation software
