Sr. Product Designer

Lead the design and execution of strategic initiatives to deliver end-to-end experiences for customers in physical operations. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify customer needs and ship high-impact designs that improve efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
- Leading large, ambiguous projects and shipping high-impact designs
- Collaborating closely with product and engineering on strategy, planning, and execution
- Working directly with customers to understand their needs and validate designs
- Influencing the design team through mentorship and actively contributing to shaping culture
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience designing UX/UI for web & mobile applications
- Proven comparable design expertise in interaction and visual design
- A strong portfolio and / or case studies showcasing design craft and ability to solve user-problems
- Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate workflows and boost creativity
