Own the end-to-end user experience for both renters and owners on the MyCamper marketplace. Lead design reviews and evolve the design system to ensure consistency between Figma and production.
Responsibilities
- Own design end-to-end across the rental and renting-out experiences
- Lead design reviews and make the call on direction, in collaboration with the product team
- Own and evolve the MyCamper design system
- Watch how users behave in production after release, and iterate based on what you see
Requirements
- Proven impact at a previous company
- Strong UX brain, evidence-based by default
- Strong UI craft, as a baseline
- Agency, seeing a problem and bringing a path forward
- Sharp design judgment, grounded in reference
- Design system ownership, having built or maintained one
- AI-curious, excited about designing with AI as a thinking partner
