Lead Product Designer - Remote

The Lead Product Designer will create high-quality user journeys and interactive interfaces across mobile and web platforms. They will own the design process from ideation to final delivery, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web — onboarding, new features, and interactive UI included
- Talk to users. A lot. Understand what they need and what makes them happy
- Own your work end-to-end: from idea → prototype → final design
- Work closely with the product manager and engineers to bring ideas to life
- Use data and feedback to improve fast. We ship, learn, repeat
- Help shape and evolve our design system
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years designing mobile & web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C environments
- A portfolio that shows impeccable taste, product thinking, and craft — with a track record of creating sleek, beautiful, and intuitive apps
- You're proactive, hands-on, and love shipping real things
- You care about users and obsess over getting the details right
- Curious, collaborative, and excited to build something that matters
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher preferred)
