Quantitative UX Researcher, Corporate Engineering

Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics to improve AI-powered workflows and physical security platforms. Collaborate with engineering and product management to translate statistical findings into product requirements and data-backed narratives.
Responsibilities
- Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics
- Drive the adoption of instrumentation and data infrastructure within your project area to enable measurement
- Apply advanced statistical techniques to solve complex problems
- Execute data analysis using different sources (e.g., survey data with system logs) to identify key drivers of AI success and understand user behavior
- Develop and execute a project-level research road map to inform product strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in product research in an applied research setting, or similar
- Experience in programming languages used for data manipulation and computational statistics (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, C++, Java, or Go )
