Principal Product Designer - Core Platform

Own the end-to-end design for the Core Platform and Fincrime areas, focusing on onboarding, treasury, and compliance systems. Partner with product and engineering leaders to define long-range strategy and mentor other designers within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own design for Core Platform and Fincrime end-to-end
- Set the design direction for Product Platform and Fincrime
- Partner with PM and engineering to define problems, explore solution spaces, validate concepts, and ship product improvements
- Stay involved through launch and iteration
- Work AI-first, not AI-curious
- Partner with engineers on what graduates into the product
- Treat research as a velocity tool, not a gate
- Bring work into Figma for full state coverage, system alignment, and production readiness
Requirements
- A portfolio that demonstrates leading design for complex, operational, or expert-user products
- Evidence of shipping work that moved real business or operational metrics
- Fluent, daily use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools as part of your actual workflow
- Senior craft in Figma, prototyping, and design systems
- A track record of operating as a senior IC across multiple product areas and influencing peers, PMs, and engineering leaders
