Graphic Designer

Responsible for creating visually strong brand assets, packaging, and marketing collaterals across digital and offline touchpoints. The role also involves producing short-form video content and motion-based assets to maintain a consistent visual identity.

Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, posters, banners, and marketing collaterals across multiple brand requirements
• Develop packaging designs for construction and specialty product lines ensuring strong brand recall
• Create and edit short-form video content including reels, product demos, and promotional videos
• Maintain consistent visual identity across all branding and communication materials
• Collaborate with founders and marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful design outputs

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and visual communication
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to independently execute design projects in a fast-paced startup environment
