Product Design Manager

Lead and grow a team of 4-6 product designers to create intuitive, AI-powered workflows for maintenance and asset management. Partner with Product and Engineering leads to translate strategy into high-quality design execution across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own design quality across your team's product areas for web and mobile
- Guide designers through ambiguity and review work with a sharp eye
- Lead and grow a team of 4-6 product designers
- Translate product strategy into focused design execution
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
- 1–3 years of experience managing product designers
- Strong product thinking and craft judgment
- Ability to simplify complex workflows
- Experience with AI-powered product experiences
