Associate, Design Manager

Lead the design and technical coordination of complex mission-critical data centre facilities across multiple engineering disciplines. Oversee the project lifecycle from concept design through to detailed engineering and delivery while acting as a technical partner to clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical coordination of complex mission-critical data centre facilities
- Oversee development and review of concept designs, detailed engineering, and technical documentation
- Ensure designs meet stringent requirements for reliability, redundancy, efficiency, and constructability
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across concurrent projects
- Facilitate design workshops, technical reviews, and risk assessments
Requirements
- Degree qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years' experience delivering mission-critical facilities, ideally including hyperscale or enterprise data centres
- Strong technical understanding of mission-critical infrastructure systems
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on technically complex projects
- Experience coordinating complex multidisciplinary teams across large-scale technical projects
