Junior UX Researcher

Support a safety-focused mixed-methods research programme by executing driver safety studies and user perception research. The role involves designing surveys, conducting data analysis, and preparing polished reports to ensure features meet user needs and NHTSA standards.
Responsibilities
- Research Execution & Project Management: Own assigned research tasks end-to-end under the guidance of senior leadership, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met
- Research Design & Analysis: Design and execute quantitative surveys, discussion guides, and diary studies with methodological rigour, selecting appropriate approaches (sampling, correlational, experimental) based on project needs
- Communication & Reporting: Prepare polished reports and presentations that communicate insights through clear storytelling
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in UX research, market research, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with quantitative survey design, sampling methods, and at least one statistical software package (e.g., R, MATLAB, SPSS)
- Experience conducting small-scale qualitative research methods, including diary studies, concept testing, and usability testing
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
