Lead the visual identity and creative direction across print, digital, and social media platforms to engage audiences. Collaborate with program leaders to translate strategic goals into impactful visual assets and maintain brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead visual direction for campaigns, events, and key initiatives
- Translate messaging goals into clear, compelling design concepts
- Ensure creative approaches are aligned across print, digital, and social channels
- Design high-quality assets including marketing collateral, social graphics, and signage
- Prepare and deliver final files for print, web, and platform-specific use
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion
- Develop and maintain a cohesive social media content strategy and calendar
- Create and publish platform-specific visual content that drives engagement
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust content to improve reach and effectiveness
- Apply and uphold brand standards across all visual communications
- Ensure consistency in design, tone, and messaging across teams and platforms
- Contribute to ongoing refinement of brand guidelines and assets
- Partner with ministry/program leaders to clarify needs and provide creative input
- Coordinate timelines and priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Provide feedback on design work from staff, contractors, or volunteers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, and multi-channel design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience developing and executing social media content and strategy
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools
- Experience in a nonprofit, church, or mission-driven organization preferred
