Senior UX Researcher (Contract)

Conduct primary research and build persona profiles to identify friction points in Pennsylvania's rural health data system. Synthesize findings to co-author strategy deliverables and target-state designs to guide federal funding allocation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct primary research with stakeholders and build persona profiles for priority rural provider archetypes
- Map how clinical and claims data move across Health Information Organizations and identify breakpoints
- Synthesize field findings into a target-state design and co-author research and strategy deliverables
Requirements
- 6+ years of user research experience
- Strong qualitative methods and experience working with reluctant or time-constrained stakeholders
- Familiarity with research and synthesis tools such as Dovetail, Mural, Miro, or FigJam
