Lead the end-to-end design process for complex, conversion-focused websites for enterprise tourism clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable web solutions and mentor junior designers to elevate the company's design culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process for complex website initiatives
- Design and build high-quality, conversion-focused websites using WordPress and other web tools
- Apply advanced web optimization techniques to enhance discoverability, performance, and mobile responsiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on scope, resolve technical risks, and ensure seamless implementation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing design
- 2-3 years of experience in web design
- Proficiency in web design best practices and WordPress
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and UX/UI tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Strong communication and project management skills
