Senior Product Designer, Agentforce for Service

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design workstreams for Agentforce for Service, defining and communicating design strategies that align with Salesforceâs business objectives. You will partner to translate requirements into user-centered solutions and drive a culture of craft in design execution.
Responsibilities
- Vision & Strategy: Partner to define design strategies for Agentforce
- Craft & Excellence: Drive a culture of craft and high-fidelity execution
- Systemic Leadership: Uphold and evolve design standards
- Research Synthesis: Partner to develop and synthesize insights and user feedback
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a strategic peer to Product and Engineering partners
Requirements
- 7â10+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of AI and AI tools and their applications in workflow
- Mastery of user-centered design methods and best practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead process improvement efforts
Benefits
- Salary: $148,500 - $223,900 annually
