Senior Graphic Designer

Collaborate with the marketing team and brokers to create marketing deliverables and templated assets for business units. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while streamlining production efficiencies and maintaining high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Partner with and work under the direction of the Strategic Marketing Director, meet with sales and PM teams to produce a variety of marketing deliverables on a day-to-day basis
- Work with the marketing team in suggesting ways to streamline and create efficiencies in the production of deliverables including templated assets and vendor relations
- Be able to assess a project, identify missing pieces, and communicate that information to complete tasks quickly and clearly
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage several projects simultaneously under the direction of the Strategic Marketing Director and design team
Requirements
- BA or BFA in a design-related field from an accredited university
- A minimum of 5 years as a graphic designer or similar role
- CRE experience required
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat)
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
