Manage the day-to-day workload and performance of the ECAD Drafting team while interfacing with program teams to meet schedules. Responsible for staffing plans, employee development, and driving process improvements within the Hardware Synergy department.
Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day workload of the team
- Interfacing with the program teams to help meet schedule
- Performing performance reviews
- Forecasting workload
- Interfacing with external partners
- Staffing plans, staff performance evaluation, goal planning, process improvement, roadmap development, and hiring to manage workload demand and skill attrition
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience, master's degree with 3 years of experience, Ph.D. with 1 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related technical fields
- US Citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret Clearance prior to starting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ECAD design
- 1 year of experience with people management, leading a technical drafting/design team
- 1 year of experience leading a high performing team
