Staff Product Designer - Contract

Lead the design of scalable, end-to-end user experiences and platform capabilities across DigiCert products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and translate complex technical concepts into intuitive workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for platform capabilities and cross-product features
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy
- Conduct and guide user research to uncover customer needs, workflows, and pain points
- Advocate for user needs, accessibility, usability, and thoughtful design practices
- Develop frameworks, interaction models, and design patterns that scale across platform and product experiences
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design
- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability best practices
- Experience conducting and synthesizing user research to inform product and design strategy
- Strong systems thinking skills with experience designing scalable platform services, workflows, and interconnected product experiences
