Senior UI/UX Designer

Lead the end-to-end UX design process and establish a scalable design system with a focus on token architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive digital products and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and concept development to final implementation
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and identify user needs
- Develop and iterate on user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
- Conduct usability and A/B testing to validate design solutions and make data-driven improvements
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Deep understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience leading UX projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex user needs into simple, elegant design solutions
