UX Designer

The UX Designer will manage digital content and user experiences from research to concept, creating prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into usable web and mobile layouts while analyzing user feedback for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design and create digital assets to improve customer and product experience
- Create meaningful user stories and content
- Define and implement product vision and design strategy
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams and stakeholders
- Analyze data and user feedback to make critical design decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UX design experience
- Proven design experience of successful products
- Advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Experience with design thinking and lean methodologies
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-departmental teams
