Junior Product Designer - E-commerce & Subscriptions

The role focuses on designing web and mobile app experiences to improve subscriber acquisition and retention for e-commerce and subscription flows. Responsibilities include creating production-ready design assets, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers and product managers.
Responsibilities
- Produce end-to-end user experiences and create design deliverables ready for engineering
- Work in cross-functional teams of Engineers and Product Managers
- Support in carrying out user research alongside your team to understand user behaviour and identify needs
- Translate insights into testable artefacts like sketches, user flows or interactive prototypes
- Map out user flows and journeys into easy to understand formats
Requirements
- Portfolio that demonstrates design process and core craft skills
- Understanding of technologies used to build world-class digital product experiences
- Familiarity with prototyping and design tools like Miro and Figma
- Experience in AI-enabled prototyping tools would be a plus
