Sr. Innovation and Design Engineer, Worldwide Design Engineering

Design high-quality, cost-effective fulfillment and distribution systems utilizing automated material handling and robotics. Manage projects from concept realization through design approval and support the installation and commissioning phase.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems
- Own multiple projects simultaneously, from concept realization through design approval
- Support the Ops Engineering team to ensure successful installation, commissioning, and launch of projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of design and innovation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent
- Experience with design and innovation and research and development
- Experience in management of engineering design projects
- Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
