Senior Product Designer

Own and execute the user experience for the Incentives domain within the Merchants team, focusing on campaigns, discounts, and ads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex campaign logic into intuitive merchant-facing interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Help evolve the Merchants platform to help increase business partnersâ satisfaction and retention
- Turn complex campaign logic into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate closely with Incentives, Subscription, Stores, and Growth teams to align business goals with user needs
- Work with engineers and product managers to ensure feasibility and high-quality execution
- Prototype and test concepts quickly to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity
- Partner closely with the consumer incentives designers to ensure merchant-configured campaigns translate into clear, on-brand experiences across consumer surfaces
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer
- Portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship
- Strong understanding of business metrics behind campaigns and subscriptions
- Ability to manage complex systems effectively
- Collaborative and design-led thinker who speaks the language of product
- Fluent English and confident pitch of design vision through storytelling, backed by user research and strong design intuition
