Onsite $151,500 - $227,300 Full-time Senior

Provide oversight and management for multiple programs within the SDS portfolio, focusing on ICBM sustainment and hardware modifications. Lead the design department in hiring, employee development, and the execution of complex engineering programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and assistance to multiple programs within the Division portfolio
  • Provide enabling support for all business areas within the SDS portfolio
  • Analyze current release process, gaps, and resolution to ensure throughput of PDP releases at design review milestones
  • Own and lead improvements across design department for employee engagement, hiring, development, training, attraction, and retention of top talent
  • Mentor, develop, and train section managers and overall employee base
  • Supporting proposal work, independent technical reviews, program stand-up, audits, and special assignments on an as needed basis
  • Create and manage high performing teams while providing technical, administrative and management expertise in the day-to-day activities required to successfully execute complex engineering programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 8 years of experience; 6 years with Master's
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP)
  • Must have the ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance
  • At least 1 year of experience working in the Aerospace and or the Defense field
  • 3 years of experience as CAM and or EVMS
