The Graphic Designer executes print and digital design requests for employee benefits while adhering to established branding guidelines. They collaborate with departmental teams to create custom collateral, such as white papers and infographics, to support client needs.
Responsibilities
- Following design direction to ensure projects are properly branded and engaging
- Assisting in creative brainstorming and ensuring designs align with overall communication strategies
- Solving problems and issues regarding print or digital design and production deliverables
- Creating custom designs for revenue-generating communications programs
- Participating in internal and external meetings to showcase capabilities and provide guidance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits design and production
- Bachelor's degree in design, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency with Adobe, Asana, and Microsoft Office products
- Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience working with templates, paragraph/character styles, and style sheets
