The role focuses on creating integrated, user-centric experiences by connecting digital interfaces, internal processes, and technology. Responsibilities include conducting user research, defining product strategy, and developing UI/UX solutions and service blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Research and Discovery: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and context
- Strategy and Product Definition: Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to define product vision and roadmap
- UX Design: Define information architecture and clear navigation flows, create wireframes and prototypes for validation
- UI Design: Develop visual interfaces consistent with brand identity, apply and evolve Design System
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Service Design
- Domain of Figma, Miro, Confluence, and Devops and Asana
- Solid skills in research, information architecture, prototyping, testing, and data analysis
- Experience in visual design, accessibility, and application of Design Systems
- Ability to map journeys and create service blueprints with a systemic view
