Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of high-quality graphic design projects
- Ensure all designs maintain consistency with the company's visual identity and brand guidelines
- Act as a thought leader in design trends, techniques, and tools
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate concepts into impactful designs
- Develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans for design projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions
- Present design concepts and strategies to leadership and clients
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and support for professional growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, including leadership roles
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and design principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with UX/UI design principles
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools
- Familiarity with web design and development processes
