Senior Mechanical Engineer - Design Engineering
Karpathios Development 🇬🇷 Elefsina, West Attica, Greece
Take ownership of complex end-to-end mechanical studies for private and public projects. Design and develop integrated mechanical installations across all MEP disciplines while ensuring quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design and development of integrated mechanical installations
- Apply technical expertise across all MEP disciplines
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Contribute to technically demanding projects while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance
- Produce technical reports, quantity take-offs and tender documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (University level – AEI)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and development of mechanical installation studies
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP
- Proven experience delivering complete studies across: Heating, Cooling & Air Conditioning (HVAC), Hydraulic installations, Ventilation, exhaust systems & smoke extraction, Fire protection systems
- Ability to perform load calculations, flow analysis, equipment selection and system sizing
- Experience with energy studies, KENAK and TOTEE frameworks
- Strong knowledge of applicable legislation, ELOT standards and project licensing procedures
