The role involves designing user-centered mobile app experiences from concept to final handoff, including creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. The designer will collaborate with product owners and developers to shape the overall UX strategy and advocate for usability and accessibility.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product thinking and help shape the overall user experience strategy
  • Join the Baltic mobile design team and collaborate closely with other design teams across the organization
  • Proactively lead and drive projects assigned to you
  • Influence mobile experience and contribute to the growth of our design culture
  • Design user-centered mobile app experiences from concept to final handoff
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and users

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer
  • History and recent experience as a Mobile UX Designer working closely with development
  • A portfolio that clearly demonstrates mobile UX thinking and real product work
  • In-depth understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines
  • Expertise in mobile navigation patterns and designing for touch gestures and other mobile-specific interactions
