Responsibilities
- Own and execute design across all brand touchpoints including social media, ads, email campaigns, and product marketing
- Create visually compelling assets (static, motion, and short-form video) that align with Emergent's brand identity and tone
- Collaborate with content, growth, and marketing teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life through design
- Maintain and evolve Emergent's visual language across formats, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence
- Design campaign visuals, pitch decks, landing pages, and social creatives optimized for performance and engagement
- Translate complex ideas into clean, cohesive visual narratives
- Stay up to date with design trends, platform aesthetics, and emerging creative tools to keep our brand ahead of the curve
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within SaaS, tech, or high-growth startups
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, campaign design, and digital marketing creatives
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Figma
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory
- Ability to design both static and video ad creatives for platforms like LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to translate creative briefs into impactful visuals
- Detail-oriented, with a balance of creativity and execution speed
