UI/UX Designer

The role involves conducting user research and creating intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. The designer will collaborate with product managers and engineers to build scalable, user-centered designs for the platform.
Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- UX Design: Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to design intuitive and efficient user experiences
- UI Design: Develop high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that align with the brand and product style guide
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to understand user needs, define technical requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and analytics tools such as Pendo/Fullstory/Amplitude
- Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
