Design and own the end-to-end Admin AI experience for Hazel, focusing on agentic workflows for note-taking, meetings, and task management. Build functional prototypes in code and collaborate with engineering to ship features that reduce cognitive load for financial advisors.
Responsibilities
- Design agentic workflows for real admin work and own the Admin AI experience
- Design how Hazel captures context, summarizes information, follows up, asks clarifying questions, and takes action on a userâs behalf
- Invent new interaction patterns for AI-assisted work
- Define how the agent communicates and collaborates
- Shape how Hazel explains what itâs doing, why itâs doing it, and what it needs from the user
- Prototype and ship in code
- Work closely with engineers to refine interaction details and ship features into production
- Iterate quickly as Hazel evolves
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design
- Strong interaction design fundamentals
- Ability to prototype and build in code
- Systems-level mindset
- High craft bar and strong taste in interaction, UX writing, and visual hierarchy
- Comfort designing in ambiguous problem spaces with evolving constraints and rapidly changing AI capabilities
