- Build and provide the highest level of customer experience for Coupang's core e-commerce services
- Drive product design maturity and business growth
- Lead the development of vertical shopping experiences across categories such as home appliances, fashion, health, beauty, and sports
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define release strategies for new product categories
- Apply data-based insights to improve customer journeys
- Discover design problems and inefficiencies and design scalable solutions
- Build capability across the broader organization and raise the bar, serving as a leadership role model
Requirements
- Lead and execute key company-wide projects
- Build and provide the highest level of customer experience for Coupang's core e-commerce services
- Drive product design maturity and business growth
- Have experience leading projects that impact customers and business
- Have 13+ years of experience with high-quality design implementation
- Have experience leading design sprints, team brainstorms, and ideation sessions
- Have experience collaborating with PO to establish strategy and rationale for large and complex features, projects, and programs
