Lead UX outcomes for Timely across desktop and mobile, delivering end-to-end product design from discovery to optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovative, user-focused experiences and mentor fellow designers to improve team capability.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class product design for complex products, using insights-driven approaches to solve meaningful user problems
- Drive seamless cross-product experiences by identifying opportunities that benefit multiple user groups
- Lead UX activities across the product lifecycle, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams
- Conduct and apply UX research, define success metrics, and use data to measure design impact
- Foster strong collaboration through clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and sharing insights and work in progress
- Mentor and coach designers and stakeholders while continuously improving design practices and team capability
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in SaaS product design, with a strong portfolio of impactful work
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end user-centred design processes, from research and problem definition through to delivery and measurement
- Strong expertise across UX methodologies including research, journey mapping, prototyping, testing, analytics, and ideation
- Experience designing complex, cross-product experiences across responsive web and iOS platforms
- Demonstrated success improving design practices, increasing team maturity, and mentoring designers
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of the business
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering pragmatic, iterative solutions in fast-paced agile environments
- Growth mindset with a collaborative and humble approach
