Product Designer, AI
Lattice Partners Remote (🇺🇸 United States of America)
Own the end-to-end design process from research to UI for multiple AI-powered client projects. Collaborate with engineers and clients to build mission-critical software from 0 to 1.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process, including user research, product ideation, UX design, and UI design
- Juggle multiple projects for clients, interacting directly with users and meeting their needs rapidly
- Start brand new projects from 0 to 1
- Participate in daily stand-ups, client meetings, and critical meetings driving product directions
- Evolve into a Design Lead role
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience in a professional environment
- Experience designing AI applications
- Experience designing products and features independently
- Ability and curiosity to think through complex design problems and trade-offs
- Collaboration experience with engineers to get designs implemented and understand what's possible
- Experience with AI coding tools, such as Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code
- Must be in a US timezone: PT/MT/CT/ET
- Previous work that you’re proud of and can share with us
