Product Designer II

Own end-to-end design projects for the Financial Incentives team, focusing on internal tools and user-facing features for payments and claims. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own design projects end-to-end, from discovery and concepting through to launch with the Financial Incentives Team
- Design internal tools and user-facing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact problems
- Lead and participate in user research efforts to bring user insights into every stage of the design process
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences that improve efficiency for internal teams and delight members
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, define problem spaces, and advocate for thoughtful design solutions
- Contribute to and evolve the design system and component libraries
- Communicate design rationale clearly and effectively with stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- 2â3+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong product thinking and systems-level problem-solving skills
- Experience with end-to-end design, from ideation and research through to polished UI and implementation support
- A clean and modern aesthetic sensibility
- Comfort working with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
