Onsite $97,300 - $175,500 Full-time Senior

Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for enterprise software in the digital out-of-home advertising marketplace. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into intuitive product experiences and maintain the design system.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design lifecycle including discovery, produce user-flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design guidelines to communicate user experience concepts with minimal oversight
  • Work cross functionally with product and engineering teams to refine and negotiate requirements, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative researchers independently, including regular engagement with internal and external users to surface pain points and validate solutions
  • Contribute to and help evolve the design system and principles, guidelines, and patterns libraries to ensure consistency across the T-Ads product ecosystem
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
  • Acceptable areas of study include UX, HCI, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • 4-7 years Related working experience
  • Must provide a portfolio or work samples to be considered
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
