Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for enterprise software in the digital out-of-home advertising marketplace. Partner with product managers and engineers to create intuitive user experiences and evolve the design system.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design lifecycle including discovery, produce user-flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design guidelines to communicate user experience concepts with minimal oversight
- Work cross functionally with product and engineering teams to refine and negotiate requirements, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative researchers independently, including regular engagement with internal and external users to surface pain points and validate solutions
- Contribute to and help evolve the design system and principles, guidelines, and patterns libraries to ensure consistency across the T-Ads product ecosystem
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
- Acceptable areas of study include UX, HCI, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 4-7 years Related working experience
- Must provide a portfolio or work samples to be considered
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
