The role involves conducting user research and creating high-fidelity UI designs for AI-driven products. You will collaborate with the CPO and cross-functional teams to iterate on chat interfaces and AI interviewer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand personas, behaviors, and needs
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
- Develop pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI designs with strong aesthetics and brand consistency
- Design and iterate on AI-driven products — including chat interfaces and AI interviewer experiences
- Iterate based on usability testing, data, and team feedback
- Join customer calls to gather insights directly from users
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams
- Participate in regular design reviews
Requirements
- 5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design
- A clean, well-organized portfolio
- Obsessed with design and excited to create something great every day
- Comfortable with data and usability metrics
- Proficient in Figma; experience with AI-based prototyping tools is a plus
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions
- Startup or smaller company background preferred
