The Senior Product Designer will discover opportunities for product excellence and create mobile-first experiences for migrants sending money home. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to define strategy and roadmaps while maintaining high craft standards across UI and UX.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine strategy, roadmaps, and deliverables
- Maintain autonomy over work and prioritize features
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging trends in UX/UI and accessibility standards
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process and successful product launches
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate design workflow
- Ability to analyze and use data and research to inform decisions
- Experience leading and launching end-to-end product features on consumer-facing products
