Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate product concepts
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile learning platforms
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless implementation
- Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring designs are intuitive, inclusive, and aligned with diverse learning needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects in education technology or digital learning platforms
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Demonstrated experience with user research methods
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development practices
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
