Hybrid $85,000 - $122,200 Full-time Entry Level

Develop creative visual strategies across multiple touchpoints including 2D packaging, in-store displays, and digital activations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied to captivating consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build concepts executing the visual strategy for our brands across multiple consumer touchpoints
  • Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively
  • Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices
  • Be accountable for excellent execution

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field
  • Entry-3 years of full-time design work experience
  • A portfolio that demonstrates mastery in design principles and brand identity
  • Experience in designing for digital, packaging, and instore displays
  • Expertise in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS and Microsoft
  • Ability to work onsite at our Cincinnati, OH office 3-5 days per week
