Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the graphic design team, ensuring high creative quality across all deliverables
- Review, approve, and provide feedback on all internal and freelance design output
- Work hands-on on complex or high-priority design tasks
- Continuously improve and rebuild design production workflows using AI tools and automation
Requirements
- 5+ years in graphic and web design
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into real production workflows
- Experience building or improving scalable production systems
- Proven track record of reducing production cycle time or unit cost through AI tools and workflow automation
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, scale-ups, or high-volume agencies
