The role involves owning the full design lifecycle for the Findies app, focusing on AI-native conversational interfaces and agentic experiences. The designer will build and maintain the design system while using data-backed insights to optimize user journeys and retention loops.
Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle: research, wireframes, prototypes, hi-fi, production QA, iteration
- Design AI-native conversational interfaces: chat flows, skill UIs, onboarding plans
- Build and maintain the Findies Design System in Figma with production-grade tokens
- Map and optimize user journeys: onboarding, first session, retention loops, cancellation flows
- Run user research: unmoderated tests, qualitative interviews, bi-weekly live-app audits
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio with shipped products and measurable design impact
- Experience designing AI/conversational interfaces
- Hands-on AI tool usage: v0, Cursor, Figma AI, Claude, Midjourney
- Figma mastery: Design Systems, variables, prototyping, auto-layout
- Product analytics literacy: Amplitude/Mixpanel dashboards, data-driven decisions
