Lead the end-to-end design of the Dave Flex BNPL product, evolving it from an MVP to a mature, scaled offering. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to define product direction, success metrics, and design narratives.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for Dave Flex, taking it from early MVP to a scaled, trusted product for our members
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Growth to define what we build and how we build it
- Connect day-to-day design decisions to long-term product direction, raising the bar for how design drives outcomes for millions of members
- Mentorship and guidance for other designers, strengthening craft and collaboration across the team
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience in fintech or other scaled consumer products
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact features or products used by large audiences
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both deep problem-solving and long-term, systems-level thinking
- Experience launching new products or major features, from early stages through iteration
- Deep expertise in mobile-first design
- Strong visual design paired with practical UX judgment
- Fluency in Figma and modern design workflows
