Senior Product Designer

Lead the design of AI-native user experiences and interfaces to transform the digital tax filing process. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create scalable AI-informed design patterns and measurable product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design Excellence & Craft: Create user experiences and interfaces for product prototypes in keeping with industry standards and best practices
• Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences across web, mobile, and AI-driven touchpoints
• Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes across multiple devices and interfaces
• Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent, using AI-assisted tools to rapidly explore and iterate on concepts
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, research, and data science to define, iterate, and ship features, ensuring alignment across user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise in User Experience, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Information Architecture, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise designing solutions for software, web applications, or mobile native apps
• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise using industry-standard design and prototyping tools to create low- and high-fidelity designs, such as Figma
• Deep proficiency with AI-powered design tools and workflows, with a track record of integrating AI capabilities into the design process and championing adoption across your team
• Experience designing AI-powered features or products—such as conversational interfaces, intelligent recommendations, predictive workflows, or agentic experiences—with proven ability to ship to production with real outcomes
