Design business development and property marketing collateral from concept to completion, including presentations, websites, and brochures. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to rebrand assets and align design solutions with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop eye-catching and effective marketing materials for new business pursuits and property marketing
- Innovate and collaborate with sales professionals on creation of marketing materials
- Work closely with marketing and real estate teams to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions
- Provide guidance and creative input on projects
- Reposition assets with the ability to rebrand properties by logo development, color palettes, typography, and other design concepts
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor marketing materials
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Commercial/residential real estate or advertising agency experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, design and visual communication, fine arts or a related field
- Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
- InDesign and PowerPoint are a must
- Proficient in both Mac and PC
- Premiere and After Effects knowledge a plus
