Principal Product Designer - Group Guidelines & Finder

Lead the design direction for foundational platform areas including Guidelines, Finder, and Developer Experience to turn complexity into clarity. Define scalable UX/UI patterns and contribute to the design system to ensure a polished, consistent, and brand-aligned product experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead design direction across multiple teams and product areas
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
- Develop and refine design concepts and prototypes
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing complex digital products
- Strong passion for brands, brand systems, and visual craft
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to set design direction across multiple teams and product areas
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
