Design user flows, prototypes, and UI for shared platform services and AI-assisted workflows within the Optimizely ecosystem. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate technical requirements into usable customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, prototypes, and final UI for shared platform services
- Translate technical requirements, system constraints, and cross-product dependencies into clear, usable customer experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to understand customer problems, technical dependencies, and delivery trade-offs
- Communicate design intent, product logic, trade-offs, and rationale to cross-functional partners
- Participate in discovery activities including customer interviews, workflow mapping, research synthesis, and problem framing
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of design experience working on digital products, SaaS platforms, or complex B2B product experiences
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong interaction design, visual craft, and problem solving across complex workflows
- Experience designing logic-heavy, systems-oriented, or cross-product experiences
- Ability to connect design decisions to user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with comfort presenting work to peers and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with component libraries or design systems
