Own the end-to-end product experience for the QuantPilot AI trading platform, covering UX, UI, and design strategy. Lead other product designers and collaborate with engineering to simplify complex trading workflows and data presentation.
Responsibilities
- Own the product experience across QuantPilot, including UX, UI, user research, and design strategy
- Design end-to-end product experience from signup through daily usage
- Simplify complex workflows so users reach value fast
- Manage other product designers on the team, including setting direction, reviewing work and raising the standard of design output
- Collaborate with product and engineering to challenge decisions and push for simpler flows
Requirements
- Deep trading knowledge and experience
- Strong across both UX and UI, from research through to polished, pixel-perfect output
- Demonstrate creative thinking on simplifying complex AI and data-heavy experiences for traders
- Portfolio showing UX improvements and visual design quality
- Comfort in a fast-moving team where the product strategy is still being shaped
- Proficiency in Figma and clear English communication across a distributed team
